fun! and easyish game, I love it
My rules. 1. 20 recruiters, before ANYTHING! got that? 2. Spies suck. I barely EVER look at the intelligence besides early game, and I never recruit them. 3. in the beggining just look at the intelligence and focus troops there, but in later game, have 2-3 cities you know CANNOT get breached, by putting 50 planes in them. In the other cities put a ton of builders and firemen in them. of course switch it around to protect badly hurt cities.

Okay, Here is "the TRICK"
The computer steps up the attacks as the game goes on so at the beginning you have time to build up without worrying about getting your cities sacked.
1. Use all recruits to make more recruiters until you get to 20 2. Turn Recruits into gatherers (...now you have income...) 3. Turn Recruits into Pilots & Build Planes 4. Once you have enough planes, pilots, cash and income invest in Intelligence 5. When you know where they are sending the planes you can concentrate your forces and use Firemen to prevent damage 6. Use Builders as necessary Notes: Once you get the gist of this strategy you can mix it up
