awesomeness5000 - to fix the radiator you have to go talk to the hunter and agree to deliver some deer meat to the store in town for him. After agreeing to help him go into his cabin and in the first room you will find a new radiator hose. Go through the door in the back into the bathroom and get the deer meat. Now return to the truck, open the hood, and put in the new hose. Now the truck will work.

Good game, by the way, before you can use the kerosene on Ann's house you have to go back and talk to the observers and then they will tell you to burn down the house. If you don't talk to them first the game won't let you use the kerosene on the house.
