Instructions
Click LEFT MOUSEBUTTON to pick up a gem, LEFT MOUSEBUTTON again on the spot the gem needs to be.

Wow the "How to" does a terrible job explaining how to play. Once you figure it out, it's decent at best.

What it doesn't explain is that the gems will not move UNLESS it is moved to an empty space next to 2 or more other gems.
